Syrah finished in style at the 22nd American Whippet Club National Specialty, going Winners Bitch and Best of Winners and receiving one of the 10 Awards of Merit. This was only the second time Karren has ever shown a dog at a National Specialty.

Bronson took a 4 point Major at Moses Lake, going Winners Dog, Best of Winners, and Best of Variety over a Special. At the Timberland shows, Bronson was WD, BW, BOS over a male Special, for a 3 point Major. The next day at Timberland, Bronson took WD, BW and BOV, beating out both Specials for another 3 point Major. Bronson now has a total of 10 points, three majors and 2 BOV wins -- all from the 6-9 puppy class!!
